We designed this rotating fixture to spin an assembly in two axis during assembly to eliminate wasted operator motion.

During the initial outbreak of COVID-19 APE developed a decontamination container to use dry fog hydrogen peroxide to disinfect N95 masks. Thankfully, this unit was never put into action, because the supply shortages of N95 masks were fixed but it is a good example of our ability to quickly come up with a solution to a problem.
